Erica Roberts is an emergency communications veteran with over two decades of public safety experience, having spent her career serving our local community at the Austin Police Department. Having worn every hat from dispatcher to department supervisor, Erica brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to 911 outreach and safety education. She is a passionate community liaison, an experienced classroom and webinar instructor, and the co-host of the LifeLine911 podcast. Erica is dedicated to making sure every Austinite understands how the 911 system works and how to stay safe in an emergency.
